Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 30 January, 2018 – All Registered Agents and other VIRRGIN users, please be reminded that on 1 February, 2018 the Commission will resume the usual user policies and enforce the VIRRGIN user agreement. VIRRGIN access for registered users will facilitate the filing of transactions with the Registry of Corporate Affairs. Access to VIRRGIN will be deactivated for users that are not resident in the Virgin Islands or do not have a VIRRGIN Lite user account.
Existing services which offer a choice of location for document delivery will remain in effect.
