January 27, 2014, Hong Kong - On January 24, 2014 BVI House Asia coordinated a presentation to the Bank of China (Hong Kong) at their main offices in Kowloon. The presentation team included Director of BVI House Asia Elise Donovan, Walkers (Hong Kong) Managing Partner Andy Randall, Partner Kristen Kwok and Partner Fraser Hern, and from OIL Offshore Incorporations, Senior General Manager, Technical Support Grace Ma.
The presentation covered topics on BVI Business Practices and Regulatory Regime; Advantages and Usage of BVI Structures; Due Diligence on BVI Companies; Taking Security and Registration Creditor Rights; and Remedies and Enforcement.
More than 200 representatives from the Bank of China’s operational staff, including compliance officers attended the presentation.
